Tylese

When it comes to production management and logistics, I get the job done. With more than 15 years of experience, I have built a career managing unscripted television, crime series, competition shows, court and talk shows, documentaries, commercials, award shows, and digital content. I am Atlanta-based, travel-ready, and equipped with a compact mobile office that allows me to support productions from virtually anywhere.

I studied Teledramatic Arts and Technology at California State University, Monterey Bay before transferring to Clark Atlanta University, where I earned my B.A. in Mass Media Arts in 2010. After interning on an award show in 2009, I quickly advanced into Production Coordinator and Production Manager roles. My experience includes managing call sheets, schedules, crew onboarding, vendors, locations, travel, equipment rentals, petty cash, timecards, releases, production offices, and wrap.

As a Production Manager, I partner with EICs, Line Producers, executive producers, and department leads to keep productions staffed, organized, on schedule, and within budget. I manage teams and day-to-day operations throughout prep, field production, and wrap while remaining calm, resourceful, and ready to solve whatever comes up. My Production Coordinator background gives me a hands-on understanding of every detail required to keep a production moving.

Being tech-savvy has also allowed my skills to expand beyond television production into digital media and administration. I have created and managed websites, social media accounts, marketing materials, and digital organization systems for clients in media production, home services, and the beauty industry.

It’s Sweet Tea

My nickname has always been “T,” short for Tylese. After moving from California to Atlanta, I loved being able to order sweet tea at almost any restaurant. Growing up, the only Southern-style sweet tea I knew was the kind my Nana made by boiling tea bags on the stove.

The connection between “T” and my love for sweet tea made the name feel natural. “Sweet Tea” first became my social media name, and when it was time to choose a business name, “It’s Sweet Tea” felt like the perfect fit because it represents me.
